Feline Instincts LLC is a registered trade mark, as are all our product names.

China is notorious for copying everything. If anyone is selling our products in China please verify the product source and person you are purchasing it from with us before you purchase it.

If you order to be shipped to a transfer house, we cannot refund damaged or lost orders because we cannot file for insurance on third party shipping. Most all orders shipping to transfer houses are packed well and so far we have not had any problems.
